BioThis journal is intended to be a writing portfolio for all of my collected non-fiction peices on food and cooking. I am currently a student at the Art Institute of Atlanta in Culinary Arts as well as a full time line cook at a restaurant in the metro Atlanta area.
I have every intention of becoming a food writer at some point, hopefully by starting writing for different local papers and newsletters and then graduating to a larger magazine or paper after I get my Bachelor's degree from AIA.
